4. Payment Terms

- Projects exceeding £1,000: An upfront payment of 50% required upon reservation
- Remaining balance: Payable upon project completion

4.3 Payment Options

5. Cancellation and Refund Guidelines
5.1 Client Cancellation
- If cancelled more than 48 hours before service: Entire deposit refunded
- Between 24 to 48 hours before service: Deposit refund of 50%
- Less than 24 hours before service: Deposit is non-refundable
- Cancelling urgent services: A fee of £100 applies
5.2 Timely Response Offer
For urgent service requests, we offer a 2-hour response commitment. Should we fail to meet this due to unexpected situations, we will:
- Provide a 20% discount for the service visit
- Reassign your appointment to the earliest available time slot
5.3 Delays in Projects
If there are delays in project timelines attributable to unanticipated site challenges or material accessibility, we pledge to update and arrange new schedules suitably.
